Bio:
Ben Hicks is an award-winning actor, director, and screenwriter based in Eastern Kentucky. With a background in welding technology, he previously taught welding at a local college before pursuing his passion for filmmaking. Ben’s passion for movies fueled his desire to act and write his screenplays. Over the years, he has worked on numerous award-winning projects, including a short film that earned multiple awards for Best Actor, Best Director, and Best Screenplay at various film festivals. Building on his success, Ben wrote and developed his own suspense/thriller series, Midas Cove, which is currently in production. Dedicated to using his craft for social awareness, Ben is currently writing a domestic violence short film, Narcissistic Tendencies, to shed light on the realities of domestic abuse. Ben’s goal is to continue to bring compelling stories to life, making a lasting impact in the world of independent filmmaking.
Synopsis:
