DEDWIN

DEDWIN

Forged in the hot, dry, dusty, thorn and fang-ridden American southwest town of Tucson, Arizona, DEDWIN brings hard rock story telling to life with their explosive performance and gritty musicianship.

Conversations about music and such between trucking company coworkers, founding members Daniel Edwin Brotsch (guitar) and Raymond Ewell (vocals), rooted the foundation of DEDWIN in 2016. Not long thereafter in 2018, Ashley Ruscetta ( bass ) joined the group and added the rolling thunder of a monsoon to their debut later that same year. After multiple drummers, guitarists and singers came and went, Matt Ringnell (drums) and Errol Ludwig (guitar) finalized the line up which has been so since 2023.

Having played many shows from Phoenix, AZ to Houston TX, 2 EP releases, an Arizona Rock Award nomination and a Josie Award ( Best Rock Group 2020) DEDWIN has honed their brand of riff, hook and groove driven hard rock laced with occasional melodies, manic and somewhat bluesy guitar solos and heartfelt storytelling that’s almost country at times. Whether it’s a small club crowd or a theatre crowd they give every performance their all and keep the fans engaged until the end.

Influenced by too many bands and artists to list but if it moves them they dig it. Whether it’s Black Sabbath, Godsmack, Sade, Motorhead, Johnny Cash or Sarah McLaughlin.

Quality is Quality and it’s that for which DEDWIN strives.

Bands we resemble: Godsmack, Corrosion of Conformity, Five Finger Death Punch, Black Label Society.
